Green building practices include everything from site design to the methods used during construction to the building materials and fixtures selected for your construction project. The overall result will be a completed project that is more environmentally friendly, more energy efficient and gives you greater peace of mind.

Green Construction (For new construction, additions and renovations)
Part of any green building project is the impact to the environment during the construction process. We construct and complete your project based on your design drawings. This includes all permits, site work, utilities, building construction for a complete project. You can use one of three types of contract agreements. Lump Sum, Cost Plus or Guarantee Max. Budgets (For new construction, additions and renovations)
Green and energy efficient products and services can impact the construction budget. We will provide you with budgets to help assist you with preliminary decisions with your project. This is a fee based service.
